With an aim to provide the citizens away to submit their query, NorthDMC launches QR Based Feedback system to allow the citizens/visitors give feedback of Public Toilets, Community Toilets and Dhalaos through QR Scanner App by using  smartphone.

This initiative will provide instant feedback about general maintenance of community toilets/ public toilets/dhalaos, which will help to assess steps for improvements,”adding that if response is good, they will further proliferate this platform for other types of feedbacks as well.
 
To register their feedback, citizens have to scan the QR codes at the toilets, dhalaos with any scanner app on their smartphones, which will open a link on their browser.  Then they will be able to submit their feedback about the cleanliness and other facilities of the toilet.
